As employers increasingly do more and more for the Government (i.e. dealing with sick pay, maternity pay, tax credits and now stakeholder pensions) even bigger demands are placed on limited internal resources. With more complex legislation and stringent penalties imposed for errors or late returns the actual and hidden costs in both time and energy can become unacceptably high.
The result is that valuable management and administrative time can easily be lost in the ongoing, but important and increasingly onerous task – time that you and your employees could be using more effectively in other areas of your business.
So to help you focus on the really important issues within your business – such as making it more effective and profitable – we offer a complete outsourced payroll service. No more worries about deadlines and unnecessary costs of doing this yourself. We can provide you and your employees with everything you will need to comply with running a payroll system just as though this was in house.
We can operate your payroll on any of the following pay periods: weekly, monthly, two weekly and four weekly. A one off set up charge of £1 per person is implemented. The basis of the charge is £2.00 per payslip; however, there is a minimum charge of £15 per pay period. The service includes employee payslips, P45s on the cessation of employment, P14s, P60s and P35 at the end of the tax year, plus an annual summary for your records.
